SaleSearch provides property market intelligence including deal scoring, yield calculations, price comparisons, and investment analysis tools. The platform aggregates publicly available data and presents it with proprietary analysis.
2. Not Investment Advice
SaleSearch does not provide financial, legal, or investment advice. All scores, yields, offers, and projections are estimates based on available data and should not be relied upon as the basis for investment decisions. Always seek independent professional advice from a qualified surveyor, solicitor, and financial advisor before purchasing property.
3. Data Accuracy
Property data is sourced from third-party portals and government APIs. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy, we cannot guarantee that all information is current, complete, or error-free. Listing prices, sold prices, rental estimates, and property details may contain inaccuracies. Users should independently verify all information before acting on it.
4. Account Registration
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. One account per person. We reserve the right to suspend accounts used for data scraping, spam, or abuse.
5. Fair Use — Possession Hearings
The Save A Home feature connects buyers with homeowners facing repossession. All offers must be made in good faith at a fair price. We enforce a minimum offer threshold and reserve the right to remove users who submit exploitative offers. Court hearing data is sourced from public records.
6. Intellectual Property
The deal scoring algorithm, vendor motivation methodology, and platform design are proprietary. Property listing data remains the intellectual property of the respective portals. You may not scrape, redistribute, or commercially reuse data from this platform.
7. Limitation of Liability
SaleSearch is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any financial loss arising from the use of our platform, including but not limited to investment losses, missed opportunities, or reliance on inaccurate data.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users.
